カマンベールチーズと生ハム、ポテトチップス塩味を一緒に美味しくいただきました。
レモンやグレープフルーツのシトラスから青リンゴのニュアンス。角が立つ様なソリッド感は無く、適度な酸と白果実バランスが美味しい。舌の両側で感じた蜜？桃？とスモークを思わせる様なねっとりとした甘味は鼻抜け香でまた追いかけて来る。そして美味しく潮風の様なミネラルで着地。流石ですね。コスパも凄く良いと思います。
